The role also involves attending pre-construction meetings with the landscape production manager and site foreman, providing project layouts, and conducting site visits during construction. Regular communication with homeowners and subcontractors is essential, and participation in public or media presentations may be required to discuss project concepts. The designer must ensure that all work protects natural resources, such as trees and soil, from adverse impacts.
Expertise in plant material—including identification, handling, installation, fertilization, watering, pruning, and chemical treatments—is essential. Additionally, the designer must possess knowledge of correct construction practices for hardscape installations and proper grading techniques to ensure adequate drainage.
Delightful! That’s what the fall floral/pumpkin arrangements are on my front porch. Simply delightful! Gorgeous colors. I love the whimsical pumpkins stacked, the lush colors, etc. You guys do the BEST creative work. THANK YOU so much! It was very fun to come home from up north and see my front porch. You are very much appreciated, just so you know! I smile every time I see them.
The girls who come to work on our property are absolutely wonderful! They are pleasant, knowledgable, HARD WORKING and do much more than would be required for “maintenance”. They are just great and I wanted to tell you so. Thanks again. You run a great family business!
